简历:
1992年在英国John Innes  Centre的 The Sainsbury Laboratory获得植物病原菌分子遗传学博士;1992年至1998年在英国剑桥大学植物科学系从事博士后研究;1998年回国在中科院国家基因研究中心从事水稻基因组学研究;2001年起任国家基因研究中心主任;2002年任上海生科院植物生理生态研究所副所长;2008年任中科院北京基因组所副所长;2012年任上海生科院副院长。先后获得过国家杰出青年科学基金、中科院“百人计划”等资助,2013年入选中国科学院院士。研究成果获国家自然科学二等奖和上海市科技进步一等奖各1项。
