简历:
 1995年7月本科毕业于安徽师范大学生物系,同年9月考入华东师范大学生物系并联合培养于中国科学院上海植物生理生态研究所植物分子遗传国家重点试验室,1998年9月继续于植物分子遗传国家重点试验室攻读博士学位,于2001年8月获得博士学位。2001年11月加入新加坡分子农业研究院/淡马锡生命科学研究院从事植物发育和抗逆的博士后研究工作。2004年加入新加坡基因组研究所从事逆境条件下(DNA合成胁迫、氧化胁迫等)系统生物学及比较功能基因组学研究。2009年加入新加坡国立大学生物化学系,主要从事逆境条件下的表观遗传学研究。2011年8月加入上海辰山植物园(中科院上海辰山植物科学研究中心),任植物抗逆和分子进化研究组组长。 从事科研工作以来共发表研究论文总计影响因子达80余分,其中代表性研究成果发表在Plant Physiology, Molecular Biology of the Cell, Molecular and Cellular Biology, BMC Genomics,Nature等国际核心期刊上。 应邀担任PLoS ONE,Molecular Biology Report,《生命科学》等杂志审稿人。应邀担任Journal of Plant Biology & Soil Health 编委。

研究方向:
 主要从事研究植物对多重非生物胁迫的响应、信号转导和耐受机理,发掘和收集极端生境植物基因资源(主要集中禾本科植物),利用单细胞抗多重逆境基因筛选平台,筛选在进化过程中保守的抗逆基因,并研究抗逆基因在植物耐受极端生境中的作用机理,最终在草坪草和农作物的种质改良中加以应用。
